Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Richboro, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time & Part Time Registered Dietitian to join our team.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our residents by providing expert nutrition services.

About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian at Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our residents, taking into account their medical history, dietary restrictions, and individual needs
• Conducting nutritional assessments and providing guidance to our care teams on resident nutritional care
• Collaborating with our healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the resident's overall health and well-being
• Educating residents, their families, and our care teams on proper nutrition and meal planning
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care and services

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for residents
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide guidance to care teams
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Educate residents, families, and care teams on proper nutrition and meal planning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition plans and assessments

Requirements:

• Earned Bachelor's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or a related field
• Completed dietetic internship or other approved practice program
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
