Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at New Hope Manor. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising overall day-to-day facility functions, providing professional guidance to nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities:

Staff Leadership: Supervise overall day-to-day facility functions and provide professional guidance with nursing staff.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of resident care and ensure clinical documentation is thorough and complete.
Facility Relations: Conduct occasional tours for prospective admissions.
Communication: Effectively collaborate and connect with residents, staff, and family members.
