Temporary Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish)
Location: Methuen, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Length: 60–90 Days
About the Opportunity
A busy and fast‐paced staffing agency in Methuen is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable assisting a high volume of applicants and employees. You will be a key part of keeping the office running smoothly and providing excellent service to job seekers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist applicants in English and Spanish
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls
- Support candidate onboarding and application processing
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and daily office coordination
- Provide general administrative support to recruiters and office staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail‐oriented
