Ecological Restoration - Senior Water Resources Project Manager Job Locations US-OH-Cincinnati Category: Ecological Services Type: Full-Time As a Senior Water Resources Project Manager in the Ohio Ecosystem Restoration Group at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Cincinnati, OH office, you will provide technical, production and implementation support, leadership, and expertise on ecosystem restoration and green infrastructure projects throughout Ohio and adjacent states. In the Do, Manage, Market, Leadership progression, you will lead and contribute to a multi-disciplinary restoration team atmosphere where all colleagues, including leadership, support project conceptualization, implementation, and delivery of small and large-scale restoration projects. Work will be focused on stream channel restoration, dam removal, wetland restoration, floodplain restoration, abandoned mine lands reclamation, and green best management practices (BMP's) for stormwater management, including the use of nature-based restoration approaches for water quality benefits in urban environments. Experience with stream restoration engineering is a requiste. Project and Task Management, Personnel Management, Business Development, and Leadership responsibilities within the Team commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance. Our projects can be complex, with many constraints and the Candidate will be asked to work in a fast‑paced, client-driven, flexible environment with design targets and goals that can evolve constantly through their lifespan. Ideal Candidate will need to independently manage their contributions and commitments across many different teams, clients and projects concurrently.
