Role Overview At Pursuit, we create opportunities for guests to connect with iconic destinations. As the Line Cook at Seward Windsong Lodge, you will prepare menu items using standardized recipes for dining room service, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Use standard recipes and presentations Prepare food for dining room service Ensure all equipment is clean and safely stored Prep food as needed and for following shift Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times Qualifications Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of proper and up-to-date food handling and health requirements Kitchen experience Compensation Starting wage: $19.00 per hour.
