Credit and Collections Specialist

firstPRO is seeking a Credit and Collections Specialist for a temp to hire position with a well-established manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of true AR experience and be able to work onsite Mon-Fri. The Credit and Collections Specialist manages customer collections, maintains accounts receivable records, assists with payment processing, and reviews orders on credit hold. Key Responsibilities Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and outstanding balances. Review and release orders on hold based on credit limits and account status. Provide invoice and account statement copies upon request. Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments and outstanding balances. Enter customer payments into the accounting system. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 5 years of accounts receivable and collections experience. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and data entry accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr FirstPRO 360
