Crossroads Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, people-focused Corporate Recruiter who is passionate about recruiting top talent, developing future technicians, and building strong connections within our local communities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our teams, developing career pathways, and helping build the next generation of automotive professionals.Establish and maintain talent acquisition and development partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schoolsOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsCoordinating with managers and Human Resources to identify staffing needsWork with Human Resources to devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicantsAssist with new employee onboarding and role developmentUse various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job postings, social media platforms, networking events and job fairsDevelop technician apprenticeship and training programs.
