Launch Manager

Coordinating cross-functional launch activities, the full-time Launch Manager will develop and maintain integrated launch plans, track milestones, and support manufacturing readiness for commercial and clinical cell therapy launches across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cross-functional activities to support manufacturing readiness timelines for assigned launches Develop, maintain, and track detailed launch plans, milestones, and deliverables using SmartLaunch Prepare and communicate project status updates, decisions, and risks to stakeholders and leadership Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 2-4 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a cross-functional or matrix environment Experience coordinating complex projects, launches, or lifecycle transitions; experience in Cell Therapy is a plus Proficiency in project management tools; experience with OnePlan Portfolio Management and SmartLaunch is advantageous Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and experience in a regulated environment
