Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation care in our inpatient setting. You will implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, train patients in mobility and ADLs, and document progress to promote safety, function, and independence. Collaborating closely with therapists, nurses, and physicians, you’ll contribute to individualized care plans in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment that supports professional growth and meaningful patient outcomes.
