Benefits Specialist: Growth, Enrollments & HRIS Expert

Smile Doctors in Dallas, TX seeks a Benefits Specialist to manage benefits enrollments, leaves, and 401(k) inquiries. You will maintain HRIS data, support open enrollment, and help administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit programs. You will generate benefit reports, oversee HSA auditing, and stay current with regulatory changes.
