Contract Charge Nurse (RN or LPN)

Contract Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) for a 13-week assignment in New Ulm, MN. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts in a long-term care setting. Work independently while supporting the care team and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation
• Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in Minnesota
• CPR certification
• Background check and drug screening clearance
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• Physical stamina to lift and move residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work nights from 10?p.m. to 6:45?a.m.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in night shifts
