Job Description
Bus Monitor Advance Services Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to work as Bus Monitors in the Hastings area starting in August 2026. Bus Monitors play a vital role in supporting student safety and well-being while riding to and from school or school-related events. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact in their community. Wage: $15.00-$16.00 DOE Shift: Day shift- Hours vary by route Job Duties Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus. Ensure students follow safety procedures and remain seated. Provide support to students with special needs or mobility challenges. Monitor student behavior and report concerns to the driver or supervisor. Communicate respectfully with students, staff, and parents. Assist in emergency situations and bus evacuations if needed. Maintain a safe and clean environment on the bus.
