What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll be the first point of contact to provide an excellent experience for our customers. Initially you’ll learn from a more experienced representative, then take on full responsibility. Communicating with Managers and Service Professionals – Interact daily with management and dispatchers to coordinate resources. Adaptability in a Dynamic Environment – Adjust to changing priorities while maintaining focus on franchise goals. Following Our Process – Follow the proven process from greeting the customer through closing the service job. How We Measure Success Offering and Delivering Solutions – Educate customers and provide options to solve current and future issues. Quality Workmanship – Ensure work is done right the first time. Operating Efficiently – Use time and materials productively. High Customer Satisfaction – Gather feedback via surveys and Google reviews. Job Requirements Be able to lift at least 35 lbs.
