At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Virginia REACH team designed to provide support to individuals in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (ACTH) located in Woodbridge, VA. *$5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time* Schedule: Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday 7:00pm - 7:00am What You’ll Do The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides medical support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs within our adult crisis therapeutic home. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting nursing assessments, providing health education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting individuals’ overall health and wellness. Bonus: Full-time positions : the pay-out schedule is at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year What We’re Looking For To join our team, you must be able to provide care in a crisis group home, have a passion for helping others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license and car insurance.
