Reference: 731967BRPosted: 2026-06-10Location: Fort Worth, TexasClearance: SecretCompany: Lockheed MartinDescription:What You Will Be DoingThis is a Manufacturing Engineer Staff position on the Production Engineering (PE) F‑35 Strategic Corrective Action (SCA) team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role you will lead investigations of manufacturing discrepancies across multiple build sections, applying Lean Six Sigma tools to uncover root causes, close process gaps, and develop corrective action plans. You will work closely with Quality Engineering and Production Operations, coordinate cross functional teams, promote creative problem solving, and drive product improvement initiatives. Throughout each corrective action effort you will project manage the work from initiation through verification and closure, while tracking key metrics to reduce variation and elevate overall product quality.What’s In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend! Fort Worth, TXThis position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:- Experience working in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including quality assurance, production operations, design engineering, industrial engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering- Ability to apply structured root cause analysis techniques and corrective action plans- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and principlesDesired Skills:- STEM Bachelor's degree- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, SFM, Product Data Manager (PDM) and other LM Aero systems.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Prior experience on F-35 or other military aircraftSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
