We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our Roadway Design team as we grow in Ohio. We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including transportation design; water resources design; environmental analysis & permitting; construction engineering & inspection; traffic engineering & transportation planning; surveying; and land acquisition & appraisal. Our transportation design team offers a variety of services, but much of our work involves roadway and bridge design for various local public agencies and state DOT’s. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting project managers in the planning and execution of roadway design projects. Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines. Conducting engineering analysis and design for assigned projects. Designing projects or project components and preparing project documents. Applying engineering techniques, methods, and design criteria to support project execution. Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met. Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and specifications. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. May be involved in the mentorship and development of junior level staff.
