Adjunct Faculty - CPSYC 1151: Romantic Relationships in Context; Fall Semester 2026; Tuesdays/Fridays from 9:35-10:50; In-Person, On-Campus No Office Location Part time JR101782 The Opportunity Lesley University's department of Social Sciences and Humanities is seeking a highly qualified adjunct faculty member to teach: CPSYC 1151 - FYS: Romantic Relationships in Context; Fall Semester 2026; Tuesdays/Fridays from 9:35-10:50 am; In-person, On campus. Course Description: In this seminar, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of romantic relationships by exploring the various contexts in which they are embedded. Through examining the contextual factors that shape, and are shaped by, romantic relationships, students will gain deeper insight into their significance in both individual and social life. Qualities & Capabilities A successful candidate will have: A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field (required); PhD or terminal degree (preferred) Successful experience teaching psychology at the undergraduate level Commitment to student-centered, inclusive, and equitable teaching practices Experience using learning management systems and instructional technology to support teaching and learning Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Why Lesley Located in the heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts, Lesley University is highly regarded for its graduate and undergraduate programs in the human arts of education, the arts, and applied social sciences.
