Senior Water Damage Restoration Technicians

We are looking for Senior Water Damage Restoration Technicians. You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the performing demolition of drywall, flooring, detaching cabinets, countertops, and other restoration activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic demolition of drywall, flooring and other affected structures
• Perform Disinfecting and Cleaning of remaining property structure
• Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Communicate openly with the customer, manager and other technicians
• Supervise Crew
• Document Drying Logs
• Generate Room Sketches
• Determine Drying Plans

Qualifications:

• IICRC WRT Required
• IICRC AMRT, ASD, FSRT a plus!
• 3 - 5 Years Experience as a WRT
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to & from work

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
