Charge Nurse (RN II) PRN – Med Surg Station 31 Location : Texas Health Arlington – 800 W. Randol Mill Road, Arlington, TX 76012 Work hours : PRN (As Needed) – Night Shift Department Highlights Team‑based environment Strong workplace culture Lean principles with focus on individual performance Highly engaged management Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: 1 year as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required; 2 years preferred. Licenses and Certifications: RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required. BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required. CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (maintained annually, 90 days required).
