ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM Lead / Architect

Job Description Primary skill: ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM along with Digital Product Release experience. We are looking for a Lead Developer with Design, Configuration, troubleshooting, Code Reviews, Advisory, Roadmap for ITS. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the platform development and design, and support of Service Now Modul. Experience in hands on Platform level architecture and configurations is required for this role. Experience in the ServiceNow Digital Product Release module is desirable. Experience in Design and configuration / integration experience using integration hub/ flow designer is a must have requirement. Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills. Thought leadership and the ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions. Creating architecture and design documentation, presenting technical solutions, guiding and mentoring technical staff, cre migrations, creating technical roadmaps. Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environment. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated arch. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works ul. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. CSA, CAD and minimum 1 Mainline certification is mandatory for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
