United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Rafael, CA for a permanent full-time position .

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that help residents improve communication abilities, swallowing safety, and overall quality of life.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• 1+ year of recent SLP experience , preferably in SNF or rehabilitation settings

• Experience with dysphagia, cognitive-communication therapy, and speech disorders

• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
