A leading provider in residential electrical solutions is actively seeking a seasoned Electrician Residential Service Technician to join their dedicated team in Lititz, PA.

This individual will be pivotal in addressing, diagnosing, and rectifying electrical issues within residential settings, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and adherence to stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in residential settings, offering reliable solutions and maintenance services.
-Forge strong customer relations by providing expert advice and guidance on electrical systems, ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
-Operate independently, efficiently managing service calls and repairs with minimal oversight, demonstrating a high level of trust and responsibility.
-Mentor junior electricians, sharing knowledge and promoting team growth and development.
-Maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation and communication, ensuring all tasks and digital paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.

Key Requirements:

-A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential electrical services, showcasing a deep understanding of electrical systems and customer service excellence.
-Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team management preferred.
-An Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial, though not mandatory.
-Possession of a valid driver's license with a record insurable by the company, facilitating the use of a company vehicle.
-A Journeyman's or Master's Certification in electrical work is highly regarded.
-Comprehensive knowledge of local and state residential electrical codes, with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and a proactive approach towards continuous learning and professional development.
-Proficiency in using technology for job management, including iPads and professional communication tools.
