Oncology Nurse Educator

Oncology Nurse Educator A frontline oncology nurse educator who partners with Bayer’s field sales teams to provide expert education on products and disease states to healthcare professionals in New Jersey. Responsibilities Maintain full proficiency in franchise products, tumor types, and disease states. Manage key accounts at academic institutions, hospitals, and community settings. Educate customers on product indications, patient selection, dosing, and safe use. Support patient education advocacy and clinical training initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with the training department. Set goals, develop strategies, and execute educational opportunities for priority accounts. Collaborate with field teams to contribute to account growth plans. Serve as a liaison and product expert to healthcare professionals and internal partners. Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, mid‑level providers, and nursing professionals. Provide feedback from KOLs to internal Bayer partners. Lead project initiatives and demonstrate strong problem‑solving and persuasive communication skills. Required Qualifications Current nursing license (RN, NP, APN). Significant clinical oncology experience. Experience working with IDNs and large community practices in New Jersey. Self‑starter mentality with excellent presentation, facilitation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Business acumen and accountability for actions and results. Knowledge of oncology practices and geography. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing. At least 3 years of clinical oncology experience. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $162,000 to $243,000. Additional compensation may include bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave. Location New Jersey (candidate must reside in the state or a reasonable commute).
