• Local Market Presence: Currently based in or willing to commute to one of our office hubs (Cincinnati, Dallas, Bentonville, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Diego, or Los Angeles).

• Cross-Discipline Mindset: Ability to collaborate seamlessly across strategy, design, technology, and media without organizational friction.

• Pace & Curiosity: Excited by the evolving landscape of enterprise technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern agency delivery models.

• Proven Track Record: Experience building, scaling, or delivering work for agency, consultancy, enterprise tech, or DTC environments.
