Land Development Civil Engineer

[DFW] | Full-time A well-established civil engineering/land development consulting fir m is hiring a Project Engineer (EIT ) to support and lead technical delivery across a diverse portfolio—residential, industrial, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, education, and recreational projects

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both design and coordination: you’ll own meaningful technical work, support permitting/entitlements, help keep projects on schedule/budget, and mentor junior staff as you grow

What you’ll doProduce civil/site design deliverables: conceptual layouts, grading, utilities, roadway elements, stormwater/drainage, detention, and erosion contr olSuppor t permitting and entitlemen ts (applications, responses, agency coordinatio n)Prepar e engineering calculatio ns, feasibility studies, and master planning suppo rtDevelo p Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost (EOP C) and assist with specificatio nsHelp drive plan production through final construction documents and provide construction-phase suppo rtCoordinate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projec tsAssist with proposals and participate in client-facing / business development activiti esSupport project controls: schedules, budgets, billing, and A/R coordinati onMentor/delegate task components to Staff Enginee rs What they’re looking forBS in Civil Engineer ing (accredit ed)EIT requi red (FE pass ed)3+ ye ars relevant land development/site civil experie nceStrong working knowledge of local development codes (public + priva te)Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office (Unanet a pl us)Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building ski #J-18808-Ljbffr Conrad Consulting
