McAlister’s Deli in Pueblo is hiring full-time and prt-time Shift Leads for both morning and evening shifts. This is a great opportunity for dependable, motivated leaders who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage shifts to ensure smooth operations

Deliver strong guest service and hospitality

Support food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

Coach and motivate team members

Assist with labor management and shift execution

Qualifications

Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and reliability

Positive, team-focused attitude

Ability to work mornings or evenings consistently
