What You’ll Do Assemble parts and drill holes according to verbal and SOP work instructions, documenting required information. Perform visual and in-process inspections of parts during the manufacturing process to ensure quality requirements are met; determine acceptable and unacceptable parts. Pack completed product into boxes with customized labels to ensure identification and traceability to customer requirements. Perform re-inspection, re-work, sorting, and cleaning of plastic parts as requested. Rotate through different tasks on the assembly line. Keep work area clean and organized. Track Production Balance Sheets to prevent overruns. Operate auxiliary equipment such as drilling fixtures and pin installation fixtures. Stop material blender and close water circulation in the mold; return all equipment to storage designated area upon work completion. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated proficiency at operating 90% of manufacturing case workstations as documented by training records. Must rotate throughout Manufacturing Cases and Component Molding. Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
