Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism. We are a small, supportive team that focuses on play-based, natural environment teaching (NET) and high quality, compassionate care. We are currently looking for reliable Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time, after-school hours, with some weekend availability. This position requires working in client homes, so dependability and reliable transportation are required. Pay for Registered Behavior Technician Position $27-$30 per hour + Sign on Bonus of $250! Responsibilities Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as outlined in the treatment plan Follow behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs exactly as written Maintain client dignity, safety, and respect at all times Report changes in behavior, progress, or concerns to the supervising BCBA Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with individuals with diverse needs Schedule Part time After school hours (typically starting around 3 PM) In home Required Expectations Must have active Nevada RBT license ABA experience preferred If this describes you or a Registered Behavior Technician you know, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr Aim Higher ABA
