Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Bonus Structure: Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact. Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages: Available. 401(k) with Company Match. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work-from-home days per year. Education and Support Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
