LMS Investment Management is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Leasing Consultant for ALLIER GULF SHORES, in Gulf Shores, AL. This is not a passive “show apartments” role. This is a performance-based leasing position for someone who is motivated by occupancy goals, conversion ratios, and building momentum. We are looking for someone who treats leasing like a sales business.... because it is. What You’ll Do Proactively convert leads into signed leases through relationship-based, consultative sales. Follow up relentlessly and professionally — no lead left behind. Own your traffic, conversion ratios, and closing numbers. Deliver High-Impact Tours Create urgency and excitement during tours. Overcome objections confidently and ethically. Ask for the lease. Pipeline & Performance Management Respond immediately to online, phone, and walk-in leads. Track traffic, follow-up, and closing metrics in Yardi. Maintain strong renewal relationships to minimize vacancy loss. Market the Community Conduct outreach marketing to local businesses and referral sources. Support social media efforts to generate buzz and visibility. Stay informed on market comps and pricing strategies. Operational Excellence Prepare and maintain accurate lease files. Walk vacant units daily to ensure show-ready presentation. Assist with inspections, resident concerns, and administrative duties as needed. Who You Are Competitive and internally motivated. Comfortable asking for the sale. Energized by meeting and exceeding goals. Outgoing, confident, and naturally persuasive. Organized and disciplined with follow-up. Professional in both appearance and communication. Experience & Qualifications Prior multifamily leasing experience required. Strong closing and follow-up skills. Yardi Voyager experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
