About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its behavioral health treatment facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of clinical and operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. This role involves leading financial and operational performance, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and strengthening relationships with various stakeholders. The CEO will also champion strategic growth initiatives to expand access to care and enhance the organization's regional reputation. Candidates for the CEO position at the company's behavioral health treatment facility should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership or CEO role within a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader with a strong business acumen, a passion for delivering life-changing care, and a proven track record in developing high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading the development of a comprehensive continuum of care. The CEO must be a visible, inspiring leader with exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
