Senior Director, Cell Therapy Product Leader

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director to serve as the accountable leader for cell therapy product strategy across the portfolio. The role directs cross-functional teams to align supply, manufacturing, and technology strategies with long-term financial commitments while representing operations and supply chain in enterprise governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute integrated supply, capacity, and technology strategies aligned with long-term financial plans
• Chair cross-functional GO Teams to prioritize and govern the product book of work across development and commercial assets
• Represent cell therapy operations and supply chain in global product teams and brand governance forums
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps connecting investments to key performance indicators including manufacturing success rate and cost of goods
• Monitor operational performance, identify emerging risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure portfolio commitments are met

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading cell therapy or advanced manufacturing operations at director level or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy, network planning, and capacity management
• Strong matrix leadership skills across development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions
• Track record managing complex product portfolios and multi-year roadmaps with financial accountability
• Experience with enterprise governance processes, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic planning
• Deep knowledge of pharma/biotech manufacturing metrics, GMP compliance, and lifecycle management
