Let's meet up and see if there's some chemistry here!Home Genius Exteriors' Install Managers oversee anywhere from 3 to 4 Project Managers as well as all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation.Install Manager Job Duties:Responsible for inspecting all aspects of the project to make determination of the scope of work.Oversee 3 to 4 project managers in the territoryResponsible for communicating the agreement between company and customerIdentifies alternative courses of action needed, and negotiates directly with the customer to alter the specific terms of the plan as appropriate.Analyzes all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.Recruiting, screening and managing crew members and subcontractorsEnsure that project is complete to spec at the end of every projectEnsure HGE safety regulations are being followedMaintain high standards of workmanshipDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clientsMinimum Requirements:Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.Education:High school diploma or GED.Experience:5+ years of Project Management ExperienceOverseeing PM's and sub contractorsFamiliar with working with roofing, siding, windows and doors for residentialProfessionalism with client facing experienceSelf-motivation and disciplineExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsResourceful problem solving abilitiesTop notch customer service skillsCompensation: $70,000 - $85,000 Year Salary (Based on Experience) + BonusesOTE Year 1: 80k - 120kJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance available after 30 days of employmentCompany Vehicle UseGas and tolls reimbursementiPad for all SystemsCompensation package: Bonus opportunitiesExperience level: 5 yearsSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday, Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
