Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Medina Meadows Medina Meadows | Medina, Ohio Medina Meadows is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. We are a smaller, private-pay skilled nursing facility focused on quality care, strong clinical leadership, and a positive resident experience. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department. Support, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to promote high standards of resident care. Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies. Monitor resident care, documentation, and clinical outcomes. Participate in care planning, assessments, and quality assurance initiatives. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing department operations. Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment. Qualifications Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio. Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. Knowledge of clinical regulations, documentation, and quality assurance. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
