As a Barista at Concord Hospitality, you will connect with guests by providing friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely service. - Provide personalized service and warmly greet guests
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or customer service experience helpful
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends
- Detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately
