Remote Intake & Care Clinician

Pelago Health

Pelago Health is seeking a Care Specialist for our digital clinic to guide members through intake assessments, welcome calls, and initial screenings. You will explain Pelago's care model and connect members with the appropriate ongoing care team, supporting a smooth care journey.

This remote US-based role is 70% onboarding and 30% ongoing caseload, with opportunities to contribute to pilots and quality initiatives. Must hold active state licensure and IC&RC/NAADAC credentials.
