POSITION SUMMARY The clinical provider is responsible for evaluating and treating, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician's protocols Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates. Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy Order and analyze diagnostic tests Monitors the effectiveness of interventions Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed Perform related duties as required

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One's goal of patient-first healthcare The desire and ability to lead with compassion. Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy. Proficient in basic technology (Microsoft products, etc). Ability or willingness to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Ability to multi-task and work independently with excellent organizational skills. Must possess a strong sense of professionalism Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions Ability to concentrate, think, and learn Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to Tennessee State Law License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of TN. Prescriptive authorization Two years of relevant clinical experience BLS/ACLS DEA Certified DOT examiner preferred
