Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager positions are generally offered as full‑time or part‑time restaurant jobs. Leadership positions start at $16.00 per hour. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is highly helpful to your success at this job. Responsibilities and Requirements Participate in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant. Encourage the team to stay true to 2ndMile Service goals. Respond promptly and respectfully to guests’ needs. Assist in training new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team. Be a friendly, encouraging team player. Open and close the store, lead shifts, and act as key holder. Count drawers and finalize day‑end cash reconciliation. Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication skills.
