Registered Nurse – Acute CareShift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMAssignment Details:Guaranteed Hours: 36.00Contract Weeks: 13Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): PreferredAcute care facility experience: PreferredRegistered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: RequiredAHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: RequiredAHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: RequiredRoles & Responsibilities:Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.Collect and analyze data pertinent to the patient's health, developing plans to prescribe interventions.Implement care plans and evaluate progress toward attaining health outcomes.Foster collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and caring environment.Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care.Compliance / Notes:All associates are required to receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable.TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
