Medical Assistant – Family Medicine (Med Group Only)Location: New Berlin, WI 53151 Job Type: Contract Assignment Dates: February 16 – May 16, 2026ScheduleHours: 40 hours/weekShift: 10-hour Day ShiftSchedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PMDay Off: WednesdaysWeekends: NoneOn Call: NoneHolidays: NoneClinic OverviewBusy family medicine outpatient clinic with strong team support and a smooth workflow. This is a medical group–only role (no hospital floating), ideal for an MA who's comfortable with high patient volume and thrives in a structured clinic environment.Position ResponsibilitiesRoom patients and obtain vital signsDocument accurately in EPIC (required)Administer vaccines per protocolAssist with routine and acute visitsProvide patient education and supportMaintain exam room flow and cleanlinessSupport providers during clinic visitsOccasionally float to Internal Medicine as neededPatient PopulationNewborns to adults (approximately 88% adult population)Routine and acute visitsPediatric vaccinations included (limited)Required QualificationsBLS CertificationMinimum 1 year clinic experience (travelers accepted)First-time travelers acceptedStrong EPIC documentation skillsComfortable with vaccines and patient interactionClinic Support & Staffing10 exam rooms3 Patient Service Representatives (PSRs)2 Triage NursesMA Lead (no charge nurse)On-site lab (no phlebotomy required from MA)Technology & EquipmentEMR: EPIC (required)Medication handling including vaccinesNo IV pumpsOrientation1 week orientation, extended if neededFloatingMay float to Internal Medicine onlyAdditional DetailsScrubs: Any colorParking: Free on-site surface lot
