Primary Position Responsibilities Facilitate Mental Health Interventions Maintain Therapeutic Milieu Documentation of Care Patient Advocate Maintain Patient Safety Other Duties Assigned Qualifications Minimum Education (Required): Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field Preferred Education: None Minimum Years of Experience: None Preferred Experience: Experience working with psychiatric and substance abuse populations. License, Registry or Certification: CPR certification required. Completion of Hunterdon Health’s approved behavior management training upon hire and annually thereafter.
