Luxury Resort – Franklin, Tennessee

$60,000–$75,000 

Our client, a Michelin Key luxury resort known for thoughtful hospitality, wellness, sustainability, and exceptional guest experiences, is seeking an accomplished Food & Beverage Manager to oversee guest-facing operations across multiple dining outlets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who understands luxury service and can inspire teams to deliver warm, personalized, and highly polished experiences. The ideal candidate has experience within a Forbes-, Michelin-, AAA Four or Five Diamond–recognized hotel or resort and is skilled in team development, service training, and multi-outlet operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily guest-facing operations across multiple food and beverage venues
• Champion and reinforce Forbes-level luxury service standards
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable line-level and supervisory team members
• Conduct daily service briefings, coaching sessions, and hands-on floor leadership
• Support the onboarding and continued development of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees
• Manage staffing levels, service flow, reservations, and guest pacing
• Audit payroll daily to help ensure accurate compensation for team members
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness
• Partner closely with culinary, events, and property teams to create cohesive guest experiences
• Ensure menus, presentations, and service rituals reflect luxury brand standards
• Serve as the primary on-site leader for guest satisfaction and service recovery
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
• Encourage repeat visitation through personalized and memorable hospitality
• Complete additional operational projects as assigned by company leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–7 years of luxury hospitality management experience
• Experience within a Forbes-, Michelin-, AAA Four or Five Diamond–recognized property strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success leading guest-facing food and beverage operations
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets or service areas
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and team training practices
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Passion for sustainability, thoughtful hospitality, and guest-centered service
• Four-year college degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
