Ethos is seeking a Director of People Development to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start and a compensation of $70/hour. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years designing corporate training with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines, plus expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship and excellent written communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ethos
