This position offers the chance to work directly with the Managing Attorney, lead associate attorneys, and deliver exceptional outcomes in family law litigation and trials. Compensation:

$130,000 - $160,000 yearly OTE

Responsibilities:

What we need from you

• Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the highest standards of legal representation.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney to develop and implement effective case strategies that align with client goals.
• Mentor and guide associate attorneys, fostering professional growth and strengthening overall team expertise.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests with confidence and integrity.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Oversee the drafting and review of legal documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
