Help

Schedules, coordinates, and monitors tasks and rehabilitation activities of assigned treatment teams caseloads.

Provides training and mentoring of assigned treatment team counselor's day to day performance in all aspects of their clinical work.

Determines counselor/intern placement in the various divisions (sections) of SARP.

Performs prospective Counselor screenings.

Provides individual and classroom training for counselors regarding the management of the clinical file and documentation in the electronic medical record.

Leads treatment team review sessions with patients and staff and monitors group-counseling sessions.
