Sr. Reliability Engineer

Location: Lake Forest, CA – 100% onsite, 5 days/week
Contract: 6 months to 1 year contract with extension/conversion potential
Seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer to support R&D and NPI through reliability, quality, and validation testing.
- Develop and execute reliability testing, including HALT, ALT, environmental, life, transportation, PCBA stress screening, and V&V.
- Review designs and test plans for reliability, quality, and compliance.
- Develop automated testing using LabVIEW, Python, and/or R .
- Perform statistical analysis, reliability assessments, and design reviews.
- Support validation, technical documentation, and resolution of design/manufacturing issues.
Requirements:
- BS Engineering with 4+ years experience or MS with 2+ years.
- 4+ years R&D experience focused on reliability/quality engineering.
- Experience with reliability engineering, test automation, and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with GMP/QSR , lab testing, and equipment validation.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or optical design.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
