Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Inpatient Psychiatry

Location: McAllen, TX

Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099)

Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our behavioral health team.

Responsibilities

• PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for inpatient behavioral health patients.

• PA-Cs must be comfortable providing psychiatric care and working with patients in an inpatient setting.

Compensation

• Up to $160,000/year
• Compensation is based on experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or outpatient medicine preferred.
• New graduates with active licensure are encouraged to apply!
• PMHNP or PA-C certification, as applicable.
• Active Texas license and DEA registration.
