Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to produce engaging, on-brand visual assets across digital and print media. In this role, you will transform creative briefs into eye-catching graphics, marketing collateral, social media content, and branding materials. You will work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and product stakeholders to elevate our brand presence and captivate our audience.

Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Creation: Design compelling graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, email templates, banner ads, and print collateral (brochures, flyers, event signage).
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints, ensuring consistent use of typography, color palettes, and brand voice.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing leads, and external vendors to brainstorm concepts, execute creative briefs, and deliver assets on schedule.
• Photo & Media Editing: Retouch images, select stock photography, create basic motion graphics/GIFs, and optimize visual assets for multi-platform distribution.
• Production Preparation: Prepare print-ready files (pre-flight checks, bleeds, color specs) and export optimized digital formats for web and mobile performance.
• Design Trends & Iteration: Stay up to date with emerging design trends and tools, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate on visual concepts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Design Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Visual Fundamentals: Strong mastery of typography, color theory, layout composition, hierarchy, and grid systems.
• Media Versatility: Experience designing for both digital channels (web, social, mobile) and physical print production processes.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Communication & Receptivity: Strong interpersonal skills to present creative ideas clearly and constructively incorporate feedback.
• Portfolio & Experience: A solid portfolio demonstrating creative branding, marketing graphics, and visual layout skills; 1–3+ years of graphic design experience or equivalent background.
