TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Ft Mitchell, Kentucky, 41017!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration:13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1.5 years required License: Active nursing license required at submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience with pre-cardiac catheterization and managing ports Experience in telemetry nursing Travel experience required Epic charting experience required Description: Locals within 75 miles are accepted. No requests for time off from 12/15 to 1/5. Shifts are from 07:00 to 19:30, working three 12-hour shifts. Potential to accommodate block scheduling is available but not guaranteed. Expect to work four weekend shifts within a six-week period, including two Saturdays and two Sundays, along with three Mondays and three Fridays. Travel partners are not allowed. Contractors may float between observation units as needed. The nursing role will involve supporting patients waiting for a bed requiring inpatient care. Experience with cardiac telemetry is essential. Comfort with a variety of nursing procedures, including managing central lines, IV administration, and telemetry monitoring, is expected. A commitment to COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations is required. No nose rings or gauged earrings are permitted. Fingernails must be kept to less than 1/4 inch in length, and polish is acceptable. Scrubs must be navy blue and should not have any agency or brand logos. No cafeteria is available on-site, but a refrigerator and microwave are provided. Lift equipment is included for patient handling. Nursing staff will help care for patients requiring observation and support from the Emergency Department. Interdisciplinary support will be available, including IV teams, respiratory services, and social services.
