This is a hands on, in office role where you'll be the go to person for keeping our team's technology running seamlessly day to day. You'll partner with our IT team, solve real problems for real people, and have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast paced environment.What You'll Be Doing:Provide responsive, friendly technical support to employees. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues before they become bigger problemsOwn the onboarding and offboarding experience for employees, including account setup, permissions, and device configurationSet up computer stations and configure devices for new employeesSupport the administration and security of core IT systems, keeping things running securely and efficientlySupport and maintain office LAN/WiFi infrastructureSupport VoIP telephony and video conferencing servicesMaintain asset inventory, user documentation, and internal IT knowledge basesPartner with senior IT team members on system upgrades, automation projects, and integrationsAssist with routine security tasks including device compliance checks and gathering audit artifacts for SOC 2 readinessHelp enforce security best practices across the organization including endpoint compliance, access management, and policy adherenceIdentify and contribute to process improvements that make the employee experience smoother and more efficientManage workload and track requests through the Jira ticketing systemWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related roleSolid understanding of macOS, Windows, and common cloud applicationsFamiliarity with identity access management and endpoint management tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, NinjaOne, Intune, or similarStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly and process a high volume of information accuratelyA solid understanding of security best practices, including least privilege access and modern authentication conceptsA genuine customer service mindset. You love solving problems and helping peopleNatural curiosity and a desire to keep learning; you adapt quickly in fast moving environmentsStrong communication and organizational skills. You keep things clear and nothing falls through the cracksStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage daily responsibilities effectivelyAbility to quickly build trust and rapport with employees at all levels of the organizationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis.Location: This role is based out of our Louisville, Colorado office.
